Gemma was part of the writing team on the Emmy nominated Tracey Ullman’s Show. Her “What were you wearing?” sketch for Tracey was featured in the New York Times, Huffington Post, Mirror, Metro and more. It received over 35 million views on Facebook alone and was BBC Comedy’s highest rated video of the year.

She has written episodes of Bravest Warriors, Best & Bester, The Incredible Ant and Odd Squad as well as being on the writing teams of Spitting Image, The Amazing World of Gumball, Dave Gorman: Modern Life Is Goodish, Horrible Histories and Class Dismissed.

With Ryan North, she co-wrote Avo, a mobile game about a crime-fighting avocado.
